How we write guides, interpretations and product copy.
Last updated 17 October 2026
- Separate facts from tradition. Astronomical facts are stated plainly. Interpretations are labelled as traditional and attributed to the tradition, not presented as certainty.
- No invented numbers. We don't publish made-up statistics, user counts, ratings or testimonials. Sample charts are always labelled.
- No fear. We describe doshas and difficult placements with their cancellations and context, and we don't sell remedies.
- One idea per page. We would rather publish a few useful guides than many thin ones. Pages that aren't ready are marked and kept out of search.
- Corrections. When we find an error in a calculation or guide we fix it and update the page date. Report issues to support@astrolal.com.
- AI content. AI is used for personal chart answers, which are labelled as such and grounded in your calculated chart. Published guides are written and checked by people.
