Astrolal provides astrology tools, AI-generated interpretations, and educational content. Outputs are informational in nature and should not be treated as professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting birth details.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to abuse the platform, reverse engineer services, misuse APIs, upload malicious content, or violate intellectual property rights.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans may include recurring billing. Pricing and features may change with reasonable notice. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility.

6. Refund Policy

If you are charged in error, contact support within 7 days. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method per payment partner timelines. For subscription cancellation, benefits continue until the current billing period ends unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform code, brand assets, and content are owned by Astrolal or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit content without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, or specific outcomes from astrology guidance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrolal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or terms violations. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
